Red Evelyn Release Nears...

Tomorrow we will finally release Red Evelyn in bottles, 32 ounce counter-pressure filled growlers to be exact. After the dust has settled and we are able to regain our breath, the full story of the beer will be told! We can't wait to see what the response will be, as it is an INCREDIBLE double IPA brewed for an INCREDIBLE woman! We know she would be proud!

Sour Cellar Increases In Size...

Last Thursday we picked up 4 barrels from our friends at Infinite Monkey Theorum Winery (two Syrah, one Cab Franc, one Petite Verdot) and took 8 beer barrels worth of Flanders Red to the Super Secret Sour Cellar in order to increase the size and truly kick the sour program in the ass! When you don't have a forklift and can't move large gallonage at a time, you just break it down into smaller, more feasible vessels. We filled the barrels Friday March 8th, 2013 and will have to wait a long time for these to complete secondary fermentation, proper conditioning, blending, and eventually bottling, and will keep you tuned into their progress! In the meantime...
