On Monday, January 28th we hosted our first (of hopefully many) service-industry-only evening at the brewery and for this Inaugural event, we teamed up with Chef Dan Lasiy. Dan is a friend of ours; a talented chef, passionate, enthusiastic, and driven. Branden started chatting with him a long time ago about the concept of a late-night evening where we only invite friends of ours and people who work in restaurants and bars. The idea was to do these events on an evening that the brewery isn't normally open and allow the people who make their living Thurs-Sat the opportunity to come down and have a great time. Branden and Dan wanted to elevate this experience by doing several courses of small bites paired perfectly with several of our beers. The inspiration was Northern Spain and its ubiquitous pintxos. What transpired was better than we could have hoped for. Underground. Rebellious. Exceptional. Photographic proof follows:
