We were given the pleasure of teaming up with our friends at Noble Swine Supper Club @ Crema Coffeehouse for a private, 6-course paired meal for 25 people. We poured our Late-Hopped Red Ale alongside a corned beef tongue steam bun with kimchi. This particular pairing was a home run - the subtle funky gamey flavor of the tongue played well with the roasted malt in the beer, and the spice from the kimchi was cooled by a ton of refreshing citrusy hops. You literally couldn't have one without the other. Thanks to everyone who made it out.
